Scaling adjusts quantities only. Prepare shaken drinks in individual portions.
Let’s make a good drink.
Blend all liquid ingredients slowly without ice. If using xanthan, sprinkle it in gradually as the blender runs.
Add a 7-ounce scoop of crushed ice and blend again.
Pour into a chilled double rocks glass and finish with lime and mint. An ice cone is an optional presentation.
A thoughtful finish
- Measure every ingredient before adding ice so the drink can be finished promptly.
Common mistakes
- Leaving the finished drink standing while preparing the garnish.
